Grocery Stocker Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Stocker to join our team at Niemann Foods. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by rotating stock, facing merchandise, and removing expired or damaged products.
• Ensure that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing by receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing regular inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

The Grocery Stocker will work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, moderate noise levels, and occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals.
