We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Black Hills Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our natural gas distribution system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance of gas lines and distribution facilities
  • Inspect pipeline and structural welding to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Operate equipment and tools associated with everyday work
  • Document pipeline safety maintenance activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in natural gas system maintenance and construction
  • CDL License within 180 days
Desirable Skills
  • Secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Basic mechanical and construction skills
  • Knowledge and experience in safe handling practices of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems
