**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Maintain vigilance and awareness of security concerns.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the premises.
• Monitor alarm systems, including fire and CCTV.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site.
• Manage the entry and exit of vehicles and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist in emergency evacuation processes.
• Provide traffic management and parking oversight.

**Essential Qualifications**

• Possession of a valid SIA License.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• A comprehensive five-year employment history.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• No current criminal convictions.
