**Job Title:** LPN In-Home Services
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our participants in the comfort of their own homes.
**Salary Range:** $30.10 - $33.25 per hour
**Job Description:- Provide general nursing care to participants, including supervision or administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
- Furnish services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned per the plan of care.
- Perform treatment(s) according to policies and procedures.
- Current State Issued Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR card or ability to obtain one
- Personal transportation, valid state issued driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance
