Job Description

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our retail merchandising team as a Flex Merchandiser. As a Flex Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting various retail locations within a 25-mile radius of your home to audit products, count inventory, set new fixtures and displays, and perform other critical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit products and count inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Set new fixtures and displays to enhance visual merchandising and customer experience
  • Perform other critical tasks as assigned by district managers

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Smartphone access for reporting and photo capture
