Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional need to climb ladders or stairs
  • Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, as well as loud noises

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Regular attendance at management meetings and training sessions required
