About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Anesthesiologist to join our esteemed team at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. As an exceptional candidate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supervising trainees, and contributing to the department's academic activities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of cases, including orthopedics, GYN, community OB, abdominal, and general vascular procedures, with minimal cardiac cases and no pediatric anesthesia.
- Supervise CRNAs and ensure seamless workflow management.
- Participate in departmental conferences, faculty meetings, and academic activities, such as teaching and mentoring trainees.
- Adhere to a call schedule of 3-4 overnight calls per month, with occasional evening and weekend calls.
- US-approved residency in Anesthesiology or equivalent training and certification.
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Anesthesiology, with flexibility for equivalence assessment on a case-by-case basis.
