Job Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Forest Grove, OR. This full-time position offers a 35-hour weekly schedule and a caseload that spans K-12th grade.

Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work alongside an onsite SLP to provide therapy to assigned students. Your duties will include assisting with providing therapy services, supporting the development of communication skills, and contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field. A valid Oregon SLPA license is also required. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.

Benefits and Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary range, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will have access to benefits, including customizable compensation and benefit plans, 401k with company matching, and weekly pay. As a ProCare Therapy employee, you will also have opportunities to extend your contract, explore new assignments, and participate in travel assignments that include stipends and per diem allowances.
