Job Summary

Mountain Chevrolet is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the parts manager to locate any parts not in stock and complete special order part requests for customers.
  • Communicate with customers on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including serving as a backup to the parts counterperson or stocking clerk as necessary.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with auto parts sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient with computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Valid and current Driver's License with a good driving record.
