Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Acadia Healthcare Inc. as a RN Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with our medical and behavioral health teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that our nursing practices are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our nursing staff to help them achieve their career goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license as required by state.
  • Three or more years' experience in nursing practice, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or charge position.
  • Two or more years' experience in behavioral health, with a focus on psychiatric care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
