Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to provide exceptional speech therapy services to individuals of all ages. As a key member of our team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop tailored treatment plans to meet each client's goals and needs
  • Provide therapy services to address a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with diverse populations advantageous
