This position may also encompass responsibilities related to traditional Private Credit funds.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of financial management, reporting, expense oversight, and audit processes for all SMAs and Co-Investment vehicles.
  • Develop supporting documentation to reconcile monthly and quarterly Net Asset Values (NAVs) and waterfalls with the external administrator.
  • Prepare, assess, and uphold performance metrics (Rate of Return, Internal Rate of Return, Multiple on Invested Capital, Distributions to Paid-In).
  • Collaborate closely with administrators to ensure accurate reconciliation of parallel financial records.
  • Compile workpapers for monthly and quarterly financial disclosures, including any regulatory and risk reporting as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements and year-end audit documentation.
  • Generate supporting materials for capital call and distribution notifications.
  • Engage with Portfolio Managers, Investor Relations, Compliance, and Operations on various entity management matters.
  • Contribute to technology-driven initiatives.
  • Address ad hoc requests and projects from senior leadership and investors.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience, blending public and private sector exposure, particularly within credit and/or private equity firms.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with waterfall calculations is essential.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables); familiarity with technical and data management tools (e.g., Power BI, waterfall allocation software) is advantageous.
