Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 available (conditions apply)

Work Schedule:
Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the facility and its departments in a clean and safe condition, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are operational.
  • Oversee the inventory of supplies, disinfectants, and equipment to guarantee a sanitary environment.
  • Ensure that all environmental personnel adhere to Universal Precautions, safety protocols, and departmental policies during their daily tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections to confirm that staff are fulfilling their responsibilities and that proper procedures are being followed.
  • Manage the conversion of apartments for Assisted Living and Independent Living.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems is essential.
  • Experience in Long-Term Care settings is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Life Safety Code and prior experience in LTC is strongly desired.
  • Experience in maintenance within a senior community or apartment complex is advantageous.

Daily Pay:
Enjoy the flexibility of viewing your paycheck as it accrues daily, with the option to withdraw it for a nominal fee.
