Job Summary:

The UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine seeks a highly motivated individual for the Academic Hospital Medicine Fellowship. This one-year fellowship is designed to train hospitalists in key skills such as leadership, quality improvement, patient safety, curricular development, and medical education and teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a series of core and elective activities tailored to individual interests
  • Attend monthly Fellows' Works-in-Progress sessions, weekly Division of Hospital Medicine meetings, and regular mentoring meetings
  • Develop skills in teaching, curriculum design, quality improvement, and leadership

Requirements:

  • Completed residency in Internal Medicine at an accredited US-based institution
  • US citizen

Compensation: Estimated annual salary $180,000 - $220,000 depending on location and experience.
