Aerial Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerial Foreman to join our team at Gudenkauf, a Congruex company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, including the placement of telephone poles and anchors, operating equipment such as bucket trucks, and performing aerial tasks such as new cable installs and pole transfers.

• Installation and Maintenance: Ensure the safe and efficient installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, including the placement of telephone poles and anchors.
• Equipment Operation: Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, posthole diggers, and other handheld tools to perform aerial tasks and construction work.
• Aerial Tasks: Perform aerial tasks such as new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, lashing, and other related activities.
• Construction Work: Perform construction work such as digging holes, placing cable, pulling cable in various types of conduit systems and open excavations.
• Quality Control: Ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards, always complying with proper safety standards and procedures.
• Leadership: Supervise employees and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
• Project Management: Directly responsible for all vehicles and equipment assigned to you, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Work Experience: Previous experience working from blueprints and specifications, and knowledge of telecommunications industry both aerial and underground construction.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs, moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Education and Certifications: Must have a Class A CDL and previous management experience. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications are a plus.
• Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

• Language Skills: Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
• Technical Skills: Ability to utilize email and upload photos via an app.
