About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. As a key member of our Utilities East division, you will be responsible for leading our engineering and design efforts for liquids and natural gas pipelines and related facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert engineering and project management leadership for utilities-related client projects.
  • Develop and implement best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and meet client expectations.
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage project resources to minimize non-billable time and overhead costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or project management in the natural gas pipeline space.
  • 5+ years of experience in the utilities industry, preferably natural gas utility.
  • Thorough understanding of project management and project controls practices and techniques.
  • Thorough understanding of utility engineering and design practices and methodologies.
