About the Role:

We're seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about Obesity Medicine to join our team. You'll work closely with our care team to provide patient-centered care, leveraging our proprietary mobile app to engage patients in regular video visits, text messaging, photo journaling, and digital data transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide longitudinal telehealth care to patients with obesity, including effective evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy
  • Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians to deliver exceptional team-based care
  • Work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular video visits and communicate with patients through our mobile app
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based guidelines and best practices in Obesity Medicine

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner degree with experience practicing Obesity Medicine
  • Licensed to practice and prescribe legally in at least one of the following states: TX, WA, CA, KS, IL, MA, NY, NJ (additional states a plus)
  • At least 2 years of Obesity Medicine experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
