Position Overview: Float Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking dedicated Float Registered Nurses to deliver integrated behavioral health services across various crisis and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in diverse settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:

  • Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, particularly in behavioral and medical crisis scenarios.
  • Current and valid Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.
