Job Overview

Brown-Forman Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Total Wine & More account. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing national customer plans that drive category and brand growth.

About the Role

  • Develop national customer plans and presentations to achieve relevant goals.
  • Implement key customer initiatives both nationally and regionally.
  • Partner with Field & Execution teams to ensure plans, tools, and measurements are in place to drive category and brand growth.
  • Conduct Regional Buyer meetings to communicate national strategy and recommend retailer opportunities.
  • Manage account budgets and focus resources on national and key regional opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years sales in the beverage or CPG industry; or 13+ years of sales experience in the beverage or CPG industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and channels.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience in creating, managing, and analyzing budgets and business performance.
  • A collaborative team player who prioritizes the overall success of Brown-Forman and actively seeks opportunities to work with leaders across channels and territories.
  • Excellent strategic and tactical skills, with the ability to implement and adapt national programs to local execution.
  • A positive attitude and a growth-oriented mindset, focused on driving business success.
