Bartender Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and light meals, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages according to company specifications
  • Assisting guests with menu choices and drink options
  • Taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean and stocked bar area
  • Adhering to company standards for serving beverages
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Two years of experience as a Bartender or Bar-back
  • Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Legible communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic
