Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in a Stepdown unit setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Stepdown unit setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
