The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary in different regions.

We are seeking a skilled Remote Tax Professional to join our team. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will conduct tax interviews with clients, provide expert advice, and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools. Your primary responsibility will be to generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.

• Experience completing individual tax returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet
• Proficiency in MS Teams and Outlook
• Ability to communicate complex tax situations concisely via phone, email, and chat
• Experience utilizing effective customer service techniques
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• High school diploma or higher
