Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody the values and principles of our establishment, ensuring they are effectively communicated and practiced.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Uphold exceptional standards in the preparation of all coffee products.
  • Execute opening and closing duties, including the cleaning and storage of equipment and restocking of assigned areas.
  • Foster open and positive communication with team members.
  • Follow company recipes and precise measurements for all beverages.
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks efficiently and consistently.

Attendance: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, dressed in complete uniform.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a coffee-focused environment.
  • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining state and local certification requirements, including Food Handler certification.

Additional Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a high-end coffee shop or roastery.
  • Previous roles in fine dining or fast-paced restaurant settings are advantageous.

Compensation:
Hourly wage of $13-$15, commensurate with experience, plus tips.

Work Schedule:
Availability for Saturday and Sunday brunch shifts from 10 AM to 3 PM.
