Personal Banker

Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and propose suitable products, services, and digital solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Assist with Customer Requests: Provide support with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Develop Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs.
• Interact with Customers: Demonstrate care and build relationships with customers to provide a personalized banking experience.
• Refer Customers to Other Bankers: Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as necessary.

• Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of interacting with customers, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.

• Customer Service Focus: Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Proactive Engagement: Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
• Technical Skills: Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Teamwork: Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Fraud Prevention: Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.

• Work Schedule: Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
• Cash Handling: Maintains cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
• SAFE Registration: This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
