Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac/Telemetry Unit

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit at Highpoint Health Sumner. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with cardiovascular diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing advanced telemetry monitoring and a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular health.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.

Requirements:

  • Current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) within 6 months of employment.
