Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in our system of record
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
