Job Summary

As a Revenue Reconciliation Specialist at Pennsylvania Health & Wellness, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of premium payments and memberships. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving discrepancies between expected and actual payments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Reconcile premium payments and memberships between the Health Plan and government partners.
  • Conduct timely reporting and offer process improvement recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively on reconciliation processes to ensure accurate premium payments.
  • Provide outreach to members via phone to support with their Redetermination.
  • Provide experienced support to members to connect them to the County Assistance Offices if they need additional assistance completing the renewal packet.

**Requirements:**

  • High School or GED. A Bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years' experience in any combination of Reconciliation, Auditing, Accounting or Analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience in any combination of Reconciliation, Auditing, Accounting or Analytics.
  • Health insurance experience preferred.
  • Government program regulations experience preferred.
