Bartender and Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender and Server to join our team at The Scotsman Public House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
• Mix and serve drinks, pour beer and wine, and maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive atmosphere

• Minimum 6 months of bartending experience, with a focus on full-bar service
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience, with a focus on floor service
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Training certifications, or willingness to obtain
