Job Summary:

As a Bartender at Presque Isle Downs & Casino, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, coolers, and glassware.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• One year of bartending experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends.
