We offer a competitive hourly wage of $25, with opportunities to earn more in our team service tip pool model.

As an Oyster Shucker at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, you will be part of a skilled and dedicated kitchen crew. Our Shuckers are on stage, preparing oysters live behind our bars, providing a remarkable guest experience. You will engage with guests, work with hot equipment, knives, and slicers, and be adaptable to a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Candidates should be eager to learn, comfortable in a kitchen and dining room/bar setting, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
