We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker Supervisor to lead our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Penn Yan, NY. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily clinical operations, mentor new therapists, and work collaboratively with our Associate Director and Site Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, addressing mental health concerns and providing support to patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance our services and reach.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a clear NYS driver's license.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting, with expertise in OMH regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
