EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

ROLE PURPOSE
Child Care Attendants are entrusted with the care and welfare of the children of our young members and guests during their time at VASA Fitness. The Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of the childcare area. They must comply with internal policies and procedures to guarantee the effective and secure operation of our KidCare facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining KidCare Standards: Ensure all guests, members, and young members feel welcomed by greeting them warmly and bidding them farewell. The CCA will interact positively with all young members and guests, adhere to company policies, and facilitate engaging and enjoyable activities.
- Ensuring the Safety of Young Members: Follow established check-in and check-out procedures to safeguard the young members. Maintain a clean and safe environment in the KidCare area to ensure the overall safety of the children in our care. Engage with each young member and supervise all children during their visit.
