Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 5-10 years of design and field experience.

The role encompasses field assessments, structural analysis and design, along with collaboration with clients and other design and construction professionals.

The ideal candidate will engage in a range of challenging projects involving various materials such as steel, concrete, timber, and masonry, including new constructions, historical restorations, and renovations of existing structures.

This position will also involve forensic investigations and providing litigation support for expert witness services.

Key Duties

- Develop structural engineering designs and modifications by identifying project goals and challenges.
- Research and implement innovative structural engineering techniques and methodologies.
- Validate and verify design and construction practices.Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master of Science is preferred.
- Professional registration is advantageous.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and computer-aided structural analysis/design is essential; experience with BIM software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Some travel is necessary for site meetings and investigations.
