About the ProgramOur Nurse Residency Program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the tools and resources needed to succeed in their careers. The program is built on a foundation of evidence-based practices and research-supported knowledge, and is led by experienced nurses who are passionate about mentoring and guiding our residents.
The program includes interactive virtual classes, clinical performance tracking, and evaluation materials, all of which are accessible 24/7 through our web-based suite of development applications. Our residents will also have the opportunity to connect with preceptors and other residents, and to track their clinical progress in real-time.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse with a valid, unencumbered Texas license
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
We welcome applicants who are planning to complete the RN examination/licensure process prior to the beginning of our next cohort. If you are a recent nursing graduate or a RN with less than 6 months of work experience, we encourage you to apply for our Nurse Residency Program.
