Vehicle Acquisition Representative Job Summary

As a Bilingual Vehicle Acquisition Representative at Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to acquire customer vehicles and introduce them to our latest inventory options. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with customers and help them find their dream vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with service customers to discuss vehicle acquisition and potential upgrade opportunities
  • Assess and provide accurate appraisals for customer vehicles, explaining trade-in values and benefits
  • Present customers with attractive new or pre-owned vehicle options that align with their preferences
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options to best serve customer needs
  • Manage follow-ups with potential leads and schedule sales appointments or test drives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • Bilingual is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
  • Dealership experience is required to understand the processes and expectations of our industry
  • Experience in customer service, automotive sales, or vehicle appraisals preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions
  • Familiarity with vehicle appraisal tools and industry standards is a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Valid driver's license required
