We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our resorts are clean and tidy, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain resort offices, clubhouses, public areas, and models, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash.
- Prepare cabins and rentals for new guests by cleaning and sanitizing them.
- Keep rentals and common areas clean and well-maintained to our high standards.
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
- Report any maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist the maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
- Participate in cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Solve guest-related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
- May drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and/or pick up supplies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Estimated compensation for this position is $17.00 per hour. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
