Adelphi Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Urologist to fill a locum tenens opportunity in Richland, WA. This role offers an exciting chance to work in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional care to patients.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in urology with experience in procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and ureteroscopy. They will be responsible for providing clinical care to adult patients, including general adult urology, radical prostatectomy, and partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound.
This is a full-time position with a coverage period of February 2025 to August 1, 2025. The schedule includes working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two weeks of call per month. During call, the physician will be on 24-hour call and required to cover Monday mornings at 7:00 AM.
RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have an active Washington state medical license or be able to obtain one through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). A board certification in urology is also required, along with basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications.
Candidates should have a minimum of 150 urology surgery case logs and be proficient in Epic electronic medical records system. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance will be covered by Adelphi Staffing.
