Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality eye and vision care services to patients
- Establish your own schedule and fee structure
- Have control over your patient schedule and operations
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
