We're seeking a skilled RN with a minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care nursing, case management, or a related field. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us provide high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities
As a RN Case Manager, you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance. You'll work closely with our Director of Case Management to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
We require a current Tennessee or Multi-State RN licensure and BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC). A minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care nursing, case management, or a related field is also required. If you have experience in case management within an acute care or critical access hospital, that's a plus
