About the Role:

The Massachusetts General Hospital(MGH) is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team in Waltham. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and maintaining a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain the operating room environment, including equipment and supplies
Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
Current Surgical Technologist Certification
Minimum of two years' experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting
Preferred experience in a leadership or committee role
