Caregiver/Home Health Aide Responsibilities
  • Assist with ADLs: Help clients with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping Tasks: Assist with household chores and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for our clients.
  • Accompany Clients on Errands and Medical Appointments: Provide transportation and companionship to our clients.
  • Provide Dementia Care: Support clients with dementia and their families.
  • Companionship: Spend quality time with our clients and provide emotional support.
Caregiver/Home Health Aide Requirements
  • Lifting and Bending: Must be able to lift and bend with 50 pounds.
  • Experience: Experience is not required, but preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check.
  • Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification: Must have a valid Home Care Aide (HCA) certification.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
