Position Overview:

The Intelligence Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing counterintelligence capabilities through various functions, including data collection, operational support, investigative analysis, and technical services. This position requires the application of advanced analytical skills, comprehensive technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of industry practices to devise innovative solutions for intricate challenges. The specialist will work autonomously while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 11 years of experience in counterintelligence operations
  • Proven ability to create and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of defensive counterintelligence principles, including investigations, inquiries, data collection, operational analysis, and training
  • Capability to offer program management support for counterintelligence initiatives, along with operational guidance
  • Proficiency in providing technical support and maintenance for approximately 12 internal databases
  • Experience in executing counterintelligence collection and production tasks
  • Ability to generate around 100 Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) annually
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Completion of a federal or Department of Defense counterintelligence training program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, or Mathematics

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
