Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings while traveling within your local region or nationally.

About the Job

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting
  • Work effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Nursing License in the state where working
  • Active BLS certification
  • Minimum of 18 months - 2 years of recent clinical experience in the area in which you work
  • Knowledge of nursing theory, practice, and age-specific needs
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to initiate and maintain collegial relationships with coworkers and therapeutic relationships with patients and families
  • Critical thinking skills necessary to perform principal duties and responsibilities of the job description
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when planning and performing professional nursing care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
  • Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health
