Job Summary

As a Warehouse Worker at Wayfair Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Unloading and staging furniture orders, requiring manual movement of large and heavy goods.
  • Repetitively lifting and moving products weighing 75+ pounds alone and 150+ pounds alone or via team lift.
  • Wearing comfortable clothing to maintain a safe working environment while moving around the warehouse.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, requiring constant movement throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload and stage furniture orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards for lifting and moving products.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy products safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
