Your Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide mechanical and electrical engineering support at our manufacturing site. This role is crucial in addressing plant issues that affect production efficiency. You will collaborate closely with maintenance teams and operations, acting as the technical authority to resolve equipment-related challenges that impact facility availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Maintenance Procedure Use Policy by conducting technical reviews and assisting in the creation and evaluation of procedures.
  • Lead maintenance efforts for critical equipment setups.
  • Serve as a technical expert in troubleshooting equipment failures and repair methodologies during root cause analyses.
  • Contribute maintenance insights to project initiatives and represent maintenance interests in capital projects.
  • Develop turnaround scopes and assist in turnaround operations.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to formulate work scopes and implement solutions.
  • Provide input to the Reliability Top Opportunity List and the Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance process.
  • Conduct regular assessments of equipment in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
  • 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in creating and reviewing technical procedures.
  • Familiarity with SAP for Bill of Materials enhancement.
  • Understanding of risk assessment principles and maintenance goal alignment.
  • Knowledge of Global Maintenance Work Process and reliability networks.
  • Experience in defining scopes of work and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Familiarity with maintenance information systems and economic evaluation tools.
  • Preferred experience in hydraulic and metering pump system troubleshooting.
