Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Concord Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing MRI imaging procedures and related techniques, resulting in accurate interpretations by licensed independent practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI diagnostic or therapeutic procedures in accordance with departmental standards and scope of practice.
  • Assess patient information, prepare patients for procedures, and educate them on expectations.
  • Complete documentation of patient care and procedure.
  • Utilize hospital and departmental information systems, technology, and equipment operations.
  • Maintain productivity, adaptability, flexibility, and timeliness in managing workload and processes.
  • Adhere to department policies and procedures, and practice modality-specific safety protocols.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, modality meetings, and committee initiatives.
  • Complete hospital, departmental, and professional requirements.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Registration required: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • Certification required: Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification, or equivalent course credentialed by American Heart Association.
  • Licensure required: Licensed and Certified by the NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
  • One year experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
