Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Waukesha, WI and surrounding areas

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at the Walbec Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction management, project planning, and team leadership. You will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, foremen, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Planning & Management: Work closely with project managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of tradespeople, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Safety & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
