Nights (2 days per week)

6pm to 6am
Patient Volume:
18 to 24

Responsibilities:
The Critical Care NP / PA will be responsible for:
Managing patients in the combined Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
Collaborating with Medical Residents in patient care, with supervision from on-call ICU or Critical Care attendings who will be taking call remotely
Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA)
Master's Degree
NJ Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
ACLS and BLS certifications
Computer proficiency
Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Skills:
Critical Care experience
Experience in Ventilation Management
Experience in a Medical ICU role/setting
