- Assist in evaluating residents during their admission and throughout their stay
- Report any notable changes in residents' health to the healthcare team
- Engage in the development and revision of care plans
- Execute nursing interventions and ensure all tasks are completed promptly
- Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
- Closely monitor residents and detect any health changes
- Participate in ongoing nursing education and training
- Perform additional responsibilities as required

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active LPN license
  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice
  • CPR and AED certification is mandatory, can be obtained within six months
  • IV certification is required, can be obtained within six months
  • Preferred: experience in long-term care settings
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Physical capability to assist and care for residents
  • Manual dexterity and coordination necessary for patient care
  • Visual acuity and proficiency in electronic and written documentation
