Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Dayton Children's Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images using our state-of-the-art CT scanner and associated equipment.

Job Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist will work independently to perform radiographic procedures, prepare and administer contrast media and medications, and educate patients and their parents regarding procedures and safety protocols. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanner and associated equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Perform radiographic procedures with minimal supervision
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and medications as needed
  • Educate patients and their parents regarding procedures and safety protocols
  • Work effectively in a team environment to provide excellent patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License
  • ARRT registration in Radiography
  • CT Registry preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in radiology or related field
